Agentic workflows are multi-step business processes where AI agents plan, decide, act, and adapt as work progresses.

An agentic workflow is a workflow that can handle variability. Instead of following a fixed path every time, it can interpret the situation, select the right next step, use tools, and escalate when needed.

An agentic workflow is not just a static automation. It has judgment, context, and action capacity built into it.
